Editor Question - New Planes

Is it possible to create a new aircraft using the editor. I have never seen a F2A in the game (and I do not regret that when playing the USN) nor have I seen a Frank (dang it). I know of aircraft that took part in the campaign which are not included so I was just wondering if I could put them in. Of course I also have little idea how to do it so any help with that (if its possible) would be appreciated.[&o]
