Okay, so I filled out the form, game my credit card number and hit return.

it said thankyou etc.

But where do I go to download it and what is my code number? How do I find out?

There should be a button on that thank you page labeled HTTP download in blue.

If you have closed that page, you will be getting an email with the order information.

If you don't get that, go to www.findmyorder.com and key in your email & CC info and bring up the invoice again.

Og, as soon as you gave it that info, you should've seen a blue box in the same browser window instructing you to download. It says something like HTTP Download. If you've already closed the window, I'm not sure what to suggest, but I'm sure Matrix or Digital River can help you. Maybe you should call customer support?

You should have seen the download link right after your fullfilled your purchase. In case you missed it you can retrieve the link at any time. Please go to our E-Store and click on "help" , there check the "I need help downloading." link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.
