They all spawned near a cruiser in exact same spot. The strange thing is that the cruiser didn't even acknowledge their presence, even though they were shooting it with PDBs.

The Cruiser captain probably had a frigate spawn in his bridge.

There's no cruiser there. That's an entire destroyer squadron.

The cruiser was around 20 km away mostly unharmed. The picture only shows the destroyer squadron playing twister.

I have a save to reproduce this, my Cruiser spawns over a hegemon destroyer.
