Help! Can't buy game!

I have tried to buy the game online now 7 times using 3 different credit cards and a switch card over 2 days through the US and UK sites and failed. I want this game, but it seems you don't want to sell it to me! Please can someone help me out here?
PS the most common error message is 30024002 - 0

I have tried ordering the game 2 times now.
Each time I get the following message.

Thank you, we have received your order and we are currently
processing
your request. Please do not resubmit your order or you may incur
additional charges on your credit card. You will receive an email
indicating the status of your order upon the completion of our order
processing.
(Error Number: 30030083 - 0)

And NO email confirmation.
I can not download the game because it says there is no information for my order at this time.
EDIT - I just got an E-mail confirmation the next day. Downloading now. Agravating error though.
