tutorial crash

downloaded and installed both patch and registration. Made no difference still went off.
Turned off sound and game runs .
later crashed out when tried to look at a specific damaged ship from a taskforce.
some sound problems ?

Sound: May be the sound bug they're working on.
Crash after patch: Save games are invalid, you need to start over. The crash is only in the tutorial right? If it crashes outside the tutorial then it's something else.

?? Does that mean the sound works in the campaign except the tutorial??
