I still have the CTD when the animation plays. I have installed the patches in the order indicated. I have already sent in my DXDiag.

Then you´re hit by the bug that is connected to some sound issues. We´re working on a patch for that.

In the meantime update your sound drivers, graphic card drivers and make sure to run latest DirectX. If that doesn´t help please rename the "Sound" directory. That way you will be able to at least play the game without sound untill the patch is out.
