Seems like Emcon 1 and 2 both work as Silent and Emcon 3 works as Stealthy. Is this a Bug. I have 4.0

I need a bit more information about your situation. Are you setting the EMCON level on your own ship using keyboard commands? Or are you sending a radio order to an allied vessel to change its EMCON level? Why do you feel that EMCON 3 is stealthy instead of normal operating mode?

When I pit Emcon on level 3 by keybord or Clicking on the Screen, My Shields only stay at 50. I thought it was surpose to go to 100. For you own Ship this is about

Emcon 3 only allows you to increase shields to 100%, you have to raise them manually though.
