Strange things going on.

I just started scen 15 over and was clicking on some units in China and noticed that as soon as I clicked on them their assault value dropped from what the unit icon at the bottom says when I pass over it.
When I pass over a unit icon at the bottom of the screen it will give me a completly different assault number than what the assault number is when you actually click on the unit detail screen. I dont know which is correct.
Then when I exit and pass over the unit icon at the bottom again it corrects itself to the assault stregth in the unit detail screen.
Can anyone else confirm this???
Also this happens as well:
Manchuko garrison requirement always change when i do nothing but order some units to march even if they never leave Manchuko.
at first it says 9116/8000. then i will click on some units and look at them and order them to march somewhere and then the number will be completely different. shouldnt this number only change if my units actually leave manchuko.
yep its confirmed. if i just march around any units in manchuko inside manchuko the garrison numbers fall every time i order a unit somewhere and then check the intelligence screen.
