Hey milo.

When DEFing its a total pain having to restart the game for each change.

The -dev flag would reload the repository each time a mission is selected. That way one would only have to get out of the mission and back in. This would save alot of pain especially now that one has to wait for the matrixgames and destroyer studio logos.

There used to be a -nosplash tag to skip the intro screens, but that doesn't seem to be working.
