CTD - Sound Issue

I've updated to V1.1 and I still CTD whenever I play the game with sound.
Always happens during combat sequences. I assume it's the same problem as others are having with Audigy or Realtek sound devices.
Anyway here are my specs:
AMD Athlon 3200 2.4Ghz
1GB RAM
120GB HD
128 Radeon Graphics
Realtek sound
Windows XP.
