order july 2 ,when it comes do i have to be there when it comes to sign for it or does it just come with the mail

Will not do you any good to contact DR customer svc either.

Seems the CD will not generate a Shipping confirmation e-mail nor can they
even tell you if has been shipped. You have to wait until the 10 business day to call
them and beg them to re mail it.

Sad that they can not even track what CD's have been sent and which ones fell thru the
cracks until you have waited over a week, even with you order #.

Consider yourself lucky, i'm waiting for my CD ( 10th day ) AND the patch for my DD which CTD's without it[&:].

I find it amazing that they have no way of knowing if a CD has even been mailed out yet.

LOTTO is the right term for it. It's like they said to themselves "they will call us if they do not get it".
Of course they will get all bent out of whack when someone rips them a new one on the 14th day
and they say oops.

If you failed to recieve your disk it very possible that your mailing address might be incorrect. The Postal service will send it back as Undeliverable as Addressed.Just this Postal employees 2 cents[:D]

I got mine today. I ordered on 1 July. It took 12 days by regular mail. However, it was post marked 8 july.[X(] I don't think they go out the same day(or more) that you order. Hang in there, hope you all get yours soon.[;)]

Ordered 7/7 Mailer has a 7/9 date, arrived 7/12 Time between Mailed and Recieved was 2 transit days..

Time From Ordered and Recieved 4 transit days , 5 including day arrived.

Nominal for a 1st class mailed
