My quest to paint the world red is proceeding on schedule, but, as you can see from the little guys with berets, I'm having some problems with partisan activity.

nice update. Two quick questions about the partisans though.

1) Is that the final art for them? Maybe it is just me but the partisan symbol just does not look that good or fit in when compared to all the other graphics in the game.

2) Is there supposed to be a difference between the yellow and the red partisan faces? Like red means more partisan activity or something?

it's not the final artwork and yellow means 1-4 partisans; red is 5+

How recently did you capture Yugoslavia in this game?

I think you'd have to have lotsa problems with partisans there as well. Tito wasn't all that good spirited towards Soviets and in 1948. two sides nearly came to war (which led to Yugoslav neutrality in Cold War later)

Should we put this on a wish list on beta board, what the others think?

And another question!

Was Yugoslavia attacked by Axis in this game at all?? Or it was neutral until you attacked it?

You'd almost think it would be reversed.....that partisans would only be present if there were Soviet units occupying the country - since Tito did a great job of hustling the Red Army through Yugoslavia (sending them north) and preventing a real occupation from taking place.

good questioin, Becket, check the View Nations screen and see if Yugo is Peaceful or Hostile, report back on the Dev boards...

my guess is it's Peaceful as it was a Neutral that was liberated from the first conquering country.
