someone mentioned a fan site about this game, but did not say where one could find it? one could download OOB there? any hints?

I have a Site for the Old game, and when get Time will revamp it to add a page for the new version.
Its new but bound to have many alternative oobs created by gamers, in its heyday the original version of Pac war had quite a number of sites.
