On the ship disponibility screen of the Japanese player, the build rate column can be ordered but only by alphabetical order, that means that you have 'Normal 6' then 'Normal 68' then 'Normal 8'.

Would be cool if it will show 'Normal 6' then 'Normal 8' then 'Normal 68'.

That is standard alpha-numeric order....to eliminate, it would have to be Normal 06, Normal 08, Normal 68 and so on
