TF refuses to unload?

I shipped a few units across the Pacific, and now that they've arrived in Australia it seems that they enjoy their shipboard accommodations so much that they're refusing to get off the APs. Day after day, the TF sits in the harbor and says it's "docked, unloading", but none of the troops or supply that it carries ever go ashore.

Has anyone seen this?

Is the TF set to do not unload? I done this once or twice myself formed the taskforce and set it to do not unload, it reaches its destination and the screen showns it to be unloading but nothing was unloading. I then Noticed the "Do Not Unload / Unload Cargo" was set wrong...

D'oh!

That was it.
Two suggestions:
1) When the player clicks on the "unload cargo/troops" button on the TF display, that should override the "do not unload" setting, and reset it to "unload cargo".
2) The TF display should not say "TF is docked at [port], unloading" if the TF is not actually unloading (as when "do not unload" is set), it should just say "docked".
