and another! modfile

Okay, I cant remember how to use this file, I used it before but I"m doing something wrong here.
How exactly do you setup your dir structure and what files do you need where, and where do you run this baby.
I"m working towards inc releases of the ships, to get basic feedback and fixing problems bit by bit as I work towards enought "mass" to begin the total conversion
however I cant get the dat that I create to load lol!

i found the problem and its annoying me
everything will work until I put the weapon sub directorys in I have the defs in the weapons dir and the effects for the defs in subs, like /weapons/pulse_graphics or the like
if I put those sub dirs in the modfile will not even load
any ideas?

I'm sorry, I can't recreate that. I've reuploaded the sample mod with weapons art and sound in subdirectories. It works fine for me, make sure your mod_info.def is filled out right and everything's in the right place.
