In one of the games I am playing against the AI I knoticed that it has 31 ships in a CV task force. I thought 25 was the limit. Is this a bug or is this one of the advantages the AI gets on "Hard" setting?

Nope, thats a glitch ... should not happen. Ai gets to peek, not break the rules.
