i ordered last friday but ive not received an email. how can i check it? im in the UK

On the very top, to the right of "services" is "support"...click on it and you can check your order status with your order # (which you probably don't have) or your e-mail address and last 5 digits of your credit card[8D].

i ordered on the 16th and it says complete. im guessin theres no point in askin when i can expect it

You had to ask[8|]...i ordered on the 2nd...still waiting for the backup CD in California[X(]

That's right. The order page gives you pretty much no detail on when, if ever, your cd will arrive. There's no way to track your order.
I'm still waiting on mine after 20 days.
