Designed to fit a niche role with its EMP and Neutron Blaster its underpowered, underarmoured and runs hot.

Suggestions for a name for it would be appreciated

There was once one such design posted, can't recall the name though. All weapons of the design being "no damage" weapons is not such a good idea IMO.

A titan like this can work ok with a team as a type of support titan, but is only reliablely usable by a player. the AI would have problems with it (weapons choice, overheating, and, the possiblity that it's the only titan on the battlefield, unlikely but possible.)

You can probably drop the engine by a level since the heat can't come close to supporting weapon's fire not to mention fire while moving and improve the heat dissapation either by increasing HRs by 1 or at least looking at switching the leg, and possibly CT armor) to Millinia. CBT armor can also be reduced a couple points since it's sooo lightly armored overall to be used for more armor on the front.
