where has my order gone. its been 2 two weeks now. i typed in my email and last 5 digits last week and it said order complete. i tryed it again just now and now it says theres no such order. somebody sort this out

Did you order a digital download or just the CD? I'm sure it didn't get forgotten. And if you have an order number, even if it took you a week, you'd get the download. Try emailing or calling customer support for them. They should be able to sort it out.

You have ordered WITP. While doing this you had to type in a password. This is the password you need for downloading.
You might have received a bill or something via mail or e-mail. In this mail there is the "order number". This is the number you need to type in (leave away all the 0 in the beginning, just use the last numbers after the last 0). It should work perfectly.

i havent recieved any emails at all. when i use the support mechanism and type in the last 5 digits of my card and it tells me thers no such order im gettin a bit concerned. can someone from officialdom please check this out?

Has the charge hit your card yet? If not, I would guess the order didn't take. If yes, is there a reference number that could help track your order? Just a thought.

Just to let you guys know. You might as well try to download the game, for the simple fact the newest patch is 122 mb. If you have a real problem downloading the game, I do not know what you will be doing for a patch.
