Yeah ..you want to talk about dedication ..or what some people can insanity. Due to issues of lack of high speed connections in my area ..other than one company which charges way to much for crappy service . I am doing this the hard way ..dial-up ..and in fact not a good dial-up connect unless 26.4 Kbps is called fast..

The funny thing is if I where to move about 2 miles in any direction from where I live now I could get the DSL service which out performs our areas Cable company.

Anyways ..I should be good to go sometime by Sunday afternoon..

Hey sounds like you live at my house. 26k dial up with DSL a mere 3 or 4 miles away. Used to have a 56k till Verizon upgraded(downgraded) our services. *refrains bad things*

How many net cafes have CD burners or something else that can transfer a ~500 meg file? Not many, I'd bet.

Well there are very few internet cafe's down and around Kansas City. If you are looking for highspeed you can take a little trip to kinko's and download it. Last time I looked, they where charging something like .10 cents a minute and if you had to burn anything it was also a highly inflated price as well.

I figure try it the slow way with a download program manager and see what happens. If the DL is still messed up I still can wait a few days for the back-up copy in the mail.

In either case its just a matter of time, besides I only 20% more to go and roughly 7 hrs left to boot.

Cool Deal..Download is done ...

For all you slow speed connection guys ...the install took just fine after 32hrs of downloading over the past 2 1/2 days..

But you must use a downloading manager ...like Getright etc..
