Have tried twice to register with support so I can download patch(es) to witp. Been 10 days now and still cannot log in. Will someone from admin tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have received no confirmatory email to tell me I have correctly registered in the support section. Thanks

Safe bet that if you didn't get the confirmation email (which takes about 2 minutes to be sent and received), you either have email problems or you made some mistakes typing in your info.
