What is the performance impact of dividing aircraft carrier squadrons and transfering them to different carriers? Basically I want to put my most experienced pilots on one carrier that will be deployed forward soon while leaving the recruits on a training carrier. Does spliting the squadrons into sections with eight planes each have an effect on how they function in combat?

Sorry, but squadron fragments will try to reform as soon as practicable. I don't think you'll be able to do this. Kind of gamey, anyway, don't you think?
