Just found it interesting about the sort of patches it came up with, apart from the embroidery (one for Mr Frag?) it was diet patches, no mention of nicotine patches or are they out of fashion now?

I'm 20lbs over, but dropping fast. I give my beer gut a two month life expectancy.[:D]

If I could just get me a Guinness patch I could actually make it through the work day w/o biting someone's head off [:D]

I don't drink beer....vodka and coke is mine (eplains some of my posts later in the evening)...so, I can't blame a 'beer gut'...I just eat too much.

given the amount of time i've been spending in front of this game, i expect to gain a few pounds.....

I quit exercising for about a year after my Reserve commitment ended. Got fat and happy, felt like crap, and am working it off again.

Same here VM.. at the moment I'm still doing my 16oz curls, but I'm working myself up to it [:)]

Witp hasn't helped my exercise regimen this summer, but i find myself much sharper after weightlifting or staircliming and a good cigar[8D]. I could lose a good 20 lbs. myself and get down to my playing weight of 275 lbs(6'7")., on the other hand @42 with wife and kids maybe i should consider myself lucky[;)]. I was always rather fond of a cheese sandwhich[:D].
