I was wondering ...

How many people out there would maybe like to play PBEM but feel that they cannot, for whatever reasons, commit themselves to the >= 1 turn per day that most posters on here seem to require?

I am one. Due to recently added family obligations..there is no way I could do 1 turn a day with reliability. I might have stretches where I could do that but not every day. What is needed for a future patch is a way to merge saves for team play. Also, team play passed from time zone to time zone might work. In Scen 16, for eg. if there were 2 Allied players, one could take Central and Southern Pac and Australia...the other Malaya, ABDA, Inida and China. And there are the shorter scenarios or perhaps 3 day turns. In a pinch, a team player might even delegate for a few to days to his co-player.

Blimey, just the one person other than myself who feels time-constrained?

The multiplayer thing would be awesome, ain't gonna happen though.

With unusual time constraints on my time (up to two weeks in a row of no major demands, followed by up to three months of very little spare time), I do fall in the category. I haven't even been able to finish my Dec 7 turn as the Japanese, aganist the AI, and I have had the game installed for several weeks :(

So I do understand, believe me.
