After finishing the tutorial what scenarios are the best to be play by a total SPWAW newbie.

'Taking Teutzpunkte 11' is a good choice.

"The Raiders Ride to Work" is also a good choice.

You may want to try - "A Simple Command" It's fairly small and a straight forward infantry fight. Also look at "King of the Hill" It's an infantry company with attached tanks.

You meant "finished ALL the tutorials", right?

There are 10 of them in the game now. After those I'd look for smaller scenarios, and you can always adjust your preference settings if things are a bit too tough.
