carrier airgroup transfer

I play as Japanese , south pacyfic campaign. I have cvl shoho and cve unyo. Unyo starts with no airgroup and since I have shoho damaged (but with airgroup intact) I wanted to transfer shoho airgroup to unyo. Both carriers have the same aircraft capacity =30
And there is a problem: I can transfer only 1 squadron, fightrs OR torpedo but NOT TWO of them. Why? [&:]
