Need better joystick/throttle support

The current config assumes the use of the throttle lever on the joystick used to control the ship. This elimnates the use of my other flight control HOTAS system like the CH Pro Throttle. You should also add allowing various joystick buttons to perform functions and not rely on stick programming software. They are all simple HID devices...
