Would anyone like to design a scenario for me based on the full campaign, and the following idea’s.

1. Although the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour, achieved both surprise and inflect heavy losses on the US navy, it failed to achieve its most important task, to destroy or disable the American carriers.
2. The above failure was compounded, when later the two carrier groups meet at Midway, a key objective. The US navy doing to the Japanese fleet what it had tried to do at Pearl Harbour but failed, destroy the navies aircraft carriers, and therefore gain the advantage in the War in The Pacific.
So What if;
The Japanese attacks, where amended in the following way;
1. The attack on Pearl Harbour goes ahead, but at least one US carrier, is there.
2. The following Task forces attack Midway, at the same time.
Bombardment, 2 BB, 2 CA, 8 DD
Transport, ships and supplies, plus a division, plus SNLF, and DD escorts etc
A replenishment TF, for the above TFs
3. A larger scale attack would also be mounted on the Philippines,
Air TF, with 2 CVL, 2 CVE, with escorts,
Bombardment TF to support the landings there
A large transport TF, a division plus
All to be directed at Aparri, TF Home base Takao
4. Batan Island
A small, Bombardment TF to support the landings on Batan Island
Transport TF, with a Brigade, plus a SNLF unit, and supplies
Home base for these units, Takao
5. The attack on Guam to go ahead.
6. A more concern rated attack on Hong Kong from both air and ground forces
7. A more concentrated attack on Kuantan, from Air and Sea.
8. All other attacks are cancelled, the whole effort going to the above operations.
