It looks like the spinner mounted 37mm from the P39 but i'm not 100% sure.
I seem to remember those splines halfway along the barrel from a photo.

A carburator from a 1948 Edsel.
Seriously, I have no idea. However, with no flanges to mount on a tripod, it does look like some kind of wing or fuselage mounted aerial cannon/MG.

I agree with Warspite. It is the 20mm Mauser MG 151/20 cannon mounted in the Ki-61-I.
