everytime when the turn changes from december to 1st januar 1943 the games closes.
does someone have simmilar problems?

Sounds like the Japanese have fulfilled their automatic victory conditions applicable on January 1, 1943. Check the manual.

thats my guess, lets just hope you were playing as the Japs[;)]

i'm playing scen 17 as japanese
jap score: 13559
allied score: 4730

and the game changes to desktop on 01.01.1943
i didn't found anything in the manual about automatic victory conditions
on which page can i red this?
