After upgrading from Win 98 to XP ( disc formating included ) I was unable to install AtD again ( I have no problem with downloaded version of AtD ) . I have Just Play version of KP with 1.0 and 1.1 patches also from Just play and KP works fine . When I try to install AtD from Matrixgames CD ( CD on demand ) installer ask me for serial number . Two numbers are printed on CD : order ID - 72661390 and CD number -
72661390000000000001 . Neither of these numbers work . I also try serial number from KP box but that number also dont work . I have feeling that I´am missing something obvious here . Any solutions please ?

The serial number is included in the confirmation order email that you have received from DR when you ordered AtD through the online store.

There is a key that was emailed to you when you ordered AtD from Digital River.

Unfortunately I did not keep confirmation order e-mail because I thought I did not need it for CD version . I thought that numbers on CD is all I need . Am I stuck here or peharps there is some solution ? I know its my fault but maybe someone from Matrixgames can help ! Thanks for answering !

If you ordered from Matrix, you can get the number by going back to the Orders area. Once you insert your password the no is available online.

Thanks guys ! I got my serial number in orders area and I can install AtD now . It was so simple that I feel stupid .
