v8.2 CD?

hello comrades!
my problem:
ive tried to download v8.2 from different servers in the last 2 month, but alway get disconnectet after about 60-80MB. im using cable-internet with maximum possible bandwith, but my downloadrate gets down till 9KB/sec.(?!). i downloaded bigger files (1,2 GigaB) for some other games and hadnt any problem. so[&:]
my question:
would someone be this friendly to tell me where i can get (purchase,..) v8.2 on CD? it would be a great help for me to know this, cause i start getting sad and angry about it.[:(]
if someone can help, im thankfull for an e-mail, too.
