I have just installed WITP v1.21 running under windows ME on my laptop and keep getting fatal error 772 as well. I have tried running both v1.00 and 1.20 with the same result. Have tried email to matrix with no luck. Any help appreciated.

When did you e-mail us? Please try the attached small patch and let me know if it helps.

It would also be helpful to know more about your system and installation method to figure out why this is affecting you.

Did you install 1.00 + 1.20 + 1.21 or a straight 1.21 installation? Thanks.

I sent emails on 9 & 23 August ( only the 23rd related to this error ) and a further one today. I installed the game from an e down load as version 1.00 and then upgraded to patch v1.20 then to v1.21. Wht other information on the system would you like?. I will try the attached patch.
