I played the full campaign as Japanese...established defensive perimeter sank most allied capital ships, conquered China and India and was preparing to redeploy to Manchuria to invade Soviet Far East...then came 1/1/43 and the game ended as a 5:1 decive victory...I really wanted to kick Soviet butt and take on the American onslaught...Is there anyway to continue play past a decisive victory?

Imagine playing PBEM for 2 years; things get interesting and ... POOF.

We REALLY need a way to turn auto-victory off. Shouldn't be hard to program. (It needs to be possible to enable it for a game that has already started).

Any input from the developers on this one?

My intention for the game I described was to play the Japanese till mid 43 and change to the Allied player to see if I could overcome the Japanese expansion/success before mid 45...guess I'll never know...hopefully Matrix will mod the game to allow extended play.
