Is there any way to give a fighter more decoys (100, 600, infinite)?

I dont think so. There is just the one decoy system, and i dont think theres a way to alter the number of decoys associated with that system. Personally i think that you should be able to change that or at least be able to equip a ship with multiple decoy dispensers to increase the number of available decoys.

The easy way is to just add more muzzles, each muzzle has it's own supply of ammo. The hard way is to make your own decoy launcher, and I can't quite remember how to do that.
