First is 100% repeteable - after start just try to transfer to Typhoon Cruiser Group. In attachment errorlog, save and player profile to be sure.

Second is more tricky, but i had CDT's 3 times in 4. After start, choose mission (only one - Destroy Argus carrier). In mission briefing map add nav points:
1. for north-west cruiser group - to sweep east in direction of Hyperion group
2. for south-west DESRON - to sweep east and south toward your final waypoints.

this will lead to massive battle. Go with your destroyers as pre-planned south, but allow your frigates to join defence of Hyperion (they will die probably). Clean map from all enemy capital ships, however dont jump out of the sector (for example after wounded Argus). CDT happens after ending mission and closing debriefing screen (the one with score).

Funnily enough I also get CTDs with the Typhoon group - I'm at work (naughty me) so I can't attach the logs unfortunately.

looks like the game cant find bldg05
that could be crashing it, it does it when it cant find stuff for my mod sometimes
