WITP Campaign Game Suggestions

Following suggestions for WITP scenario 15 and 16
1. There should be greater flexibility in aircraft upgrades. If I want to ungrade from Nates to Oscar-I and later to Oscar-II, Frank, or a night fighter, I should be able to. The demand should drive the upgrade process not the historical flow. Similiarly, if I want to upgrade from Sonia to Lily or Randy that should be ok.
2. There should be a chain of command structure for HQs...Southern Area HQ to #HQ to Army/Corps HQ to individual unit.
3. Reassignment of a unit's HQ should be free the turn it arrives as a reinforcement or when certain principle objectives are captured. On a related matter, it would be helpful if there was a screen for all reinforcements that have arrived.
4. There should be a garrison requirement for resource rich areas cities across the map with the possible exception of Indo-China. There were substantial Japanese garrisons in all of these areas.
5. The AI is not bad, but I thought that in scenario 15, the allied AI made several piecemeal attacks that had no chance of success...the convoy system was inefficient...and defense against flanking attacks was totally absent .
