Just a few Editor Manual corrections:

Japs Ground Units are located in slots 967-1999
Japs TOEs are located in slots 901-966

Task Forces Home Base is specified with HQ slot, specify Base ID here (I don't know for what the number on page two is used)

EDIT: Well, specification of Home Base confusing me
Sometimes is Home Base in editor set to 0 and TF Home Base in game is HQ. And sometimes is in game TF Home Base absolutely different from editor specified home base and HQ...

For devices mounted on Ships and Aircrafts you must use slots 1-255

The TF Home base on page two is the taskforce home base.
eg TF3501 (IJN cariries) in scenario #15 has its homebase as Osaka/Kobe which is 344 as set in the Editor. The HQ for this TF is Hiroshima/Kure (347).
It is a problem that the home base does not have a pulldown list like the other location entries.

yep, but some of TFs have Home base in Editor set to zero and for true Home base is used HQ

and allied TF 1001 (scen15) at Tarakan is set in editor for Home Base ID#756 (Darwin) and true Home Base in game is Balikapan...total confusion , HQ is set to 540 (Soerabaja)...

How can it be right in some instances, close in others, and way...different in others.

HomeBase of 0 probably drops back to its HQ location.
Do TFs even have a HQ? I thought only air groups and LCUs were bound to HQs.

Maybe if the TF is too far away from its HomeBase(pg 2), it picks somewhere closer??[:D]

I really do think though that they did INTEND TF HomeBase (pg2) to actually be a HomeBase location.

Oh well another mystery for the masters to solve.[;)]
