I was a little surprised MacArthur was rated so low by the WitP designers.
He was a pompous ass to be sure...and low points might be the failed counter march against Buna, or his underestimation of Chinese intentions in the Korean war. But Inchon was certainly a daring masterstroke, and his enlightened administration of postwar Japan should be taken into account.
