Well, after a couple of scenarios, I am a declared Allied Fanboy [;)]. But this hasn't nothing to do with the question.

The question is: If I form a CVE Replenish TF, and load a VMx Squadron (Marine Units) into it. It will replenish the depleted Vx (Navy Unit)? Cause a lot of CVE comes into the theather empty.

Anyone knows? The Betazoids?

I want to form a Replenish TF, with CVE & AE, but I don't have a lot of VR-x units, so I thought about load some VM-x units onto it, but as they are different (Navy and Marines) I ain't sure if it will work.

Nope, only the VR-* air groups have this special feature.

if you put a VMF or VF unit onto that CVE, all you did was turn it into a fighting CVE (as long as the plane carry is right)
