I purchased strat guide and downloaded it
but it asks me a serial number
Is it supposed to be sent to my e mail address provided in order form?
As of now no e mail from matrix yet
I am impatient to read this strat guide!! [:D]

I got it a minute a go U HOOO!!!

You should have received an email and also having been shown the serial number after your fullfilled your purchase. In case neither happend or you missed it you can retrieve the serial number at any time.

Please go to our E-Store and click on "help" , there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

Plus, if anyone wants to read their guide before they get the e-mail; you can click on the Invoice button at the bottom of the order confirmation screen and it will give you your serial number which you can write down while waiting for the download to complete. Then you can be ready to go as soon as the download has finished. I just ordered the guide, the e-mail has not yet arrived, but I have a backup of my guide burnt to CD and loaded and checked already. [;)]
