CD on demand has not arrived

It gets very frustrating reading all the posts concerning this game and be still waiting for CD to arrive. I ordered game through Digital river and got email on 27th August that order was complete and I was able to download. Knowing that I did not have Megabyte allowance to download without incurring massive excess charges I had ordered the CD on demand as well. It is this CD that I have been waiting on for now over 2 weeks.
Recently I have tried contacting Digital rivers through email. Only get automated response back saying they don't answer emails.
I think Matrix is doing a great job producing games whic I like and no-one else in producing. But my experience ordering this one is rapidly souring my enthusiasm to want to repeat experience again on other games which appeal to me.
How can I contact someone who can tell me what has happened to my CD?????[:(]
