This will be my first WiTP PBEM, but I've played many UV.
I'm thinking:
Allied DC: ON
Sub Doctrines: OFF
* No IJN Port Strikes on 1st turn except for PH
* Everything else is negotiable. (I know some people have house rules re: 3rd NZ Inf and 2nd USMC Div, etc...)

House rules would follow--- one port attack( for me that is Pearl Only)
Landing---- As per historical or TFs set off at least 4 hexes form non historical.
