Some questions on ground combat

Still trying to figure how ground combat works.
What's the effect of exp/morale ? I've the feeling each squad must pass an experience and morale check to join in combat. Can someone confirm/infirm this ?
Same question about fatigue/disruption.
What kind of bonus give prep points ?
Thanks for your help,
Paul

Experience + Morale govern how effectively they fight
Fatigue + Disruption govern how long they will fight (higher values will lead to disruption then destruction)
All groups ordered to fight do so. There is no morale check that results in a "i'm not fighting today" result. In the Army, they shoot you for that [:D]

So, I'm right if I assume that a unit with a 50/50 rating will figth 2 times better (have a 2-1 odds) than the same unit with a 25/25 one ?
Fatigue + Disruption govern how long they will fight (higher values will lead to disruption then destruction)
So a perfectly rested unit will not take casulaties ? Just disrupted squads ?
All groups ordered to fight do so. There is no morale check that results in a "i'm not fighting today" result. In the Army, they shoot you for that
Hopefully not in the Air Army, otherwise my pilots pool will be depleted even faster [:D]

Experience weighs in higher but yes.

Yes, a group in mint condition will take mostly disabled hits, once disruption is high, those hits will be destruction instead.
