I wonder where the pilots of over max size squadrons go when the planes are upgraded?

and excess pilots and planes disappear and do seem to appear in the pools.

oops the pilots removed from over size SQ do NOT seem to return to the pools.

yes, me too has seen this... esp. for the japanese this is really really bad... every pilot count.
