Tutorial crash's

Load scenerio and I try the trick of hitting the "Operational" map button next to the strategic map in the upper right hand corner. The screen goes to the "operational map" but when I click on resume the game crashes. I have the latest drivers, direct x 9.0c and have attached my DxDiag file.
Okay when this happened it was from when I had just started up my computer. I also found that if I hit the turn button the game would crash. So I restarted my system and now I cannot get the game to crash and the trick to get the mud to show up in tutorial three works, and I can hit the turn button without a crash so I don't know. I tried to get the error report to post it here to but no luck.
Okay I have now gotten this crash in multiple tutorials. Pushing the lower button next to the strategic map let's the operational map be shown but as soon as I click on resume the game will crash. and it is pretty consitent. In the normal game I do not have this problem. I can switch back and forth without any problem. I have also found that pushing the turn button also causes the same problem but because the tutorials are not meant to have the turn button pressed I don't know if that is a bug or not.
I cannot find the error report that microsoft has sent to them, and it will not let me copy the information either so I cannot post that information.
