Possible issue when ordering BiN "game on demand"

I have just ordered BiN "game on demand" through the Europe store, and it appears to me that I have not been subjected to any VAT.[:D]as the prices displayed are VAT exclusive. I don't think that is normal at all. Just my humble opinion...
