JSS for your list, the Attach Transport icon used in 16.5 is wrong. The truck included is taken from the supply unit information box.

May I suggest a central typo thread where these things may be posted officially? Can we use this? Hopefully I'm not going to find too many more. These little things can throw a fella.

Btw see my thread on the green, orange and red supply unit circles. I'm still having trouble working out what these are other than max, reduced and minimum supply bursts. There's nothing further explaining the concept that I've seen for now. Reading on...
