Example: In ambfibious attack, during Turn 1, I want all boats to move same direction, that I don't need to move every single one of them in every turn. How to do it?

IIRC click on the group movement button, select one of the boats and assign its destination, then all the group should move to this location.

You should be a little careful doing this. When moving like this, the AI choses the path your units follow. Sometimes this is not the best for your troops survival. But as we know, you can get the same effect by clicking on a hex a long way from the unit you are moving. The unit wanders into the path of the enemy ambush.

Probably useful in less dangerous circumstances...

Hit the "A" key. It will switch you "All-units" mode. Now every unit of the platoon will try yo move to the same point, relative to there the commanding unit moves to.

I have found it to be much more trouble than it is worth. Be very careful with it.

Do multiple movement in the face of enemy fire, expect to lose a lot more units... AI pathing is quite silly sometimes.
